We are looking for our Pool Restaurant a personable and passionate Chef. 

Your tasks

Do you want to live just by the beach in the beautiful Algarve? Are you dreaming of working in an award winning boutique hotel which is still family run? The heart of Vila Joya is it’s terrace and as such is the hub and focal point for all culinary delights. At lunch- and dinnertime, this terrace is transformed into the two Michelin star Restaurant Vila Joya. Chef Dieter Koschina has been working at Vila Joya for more than 27 years and is holding two Michelin stars since 20 years - something truly exceptional for a restaurant, that offers a daily changing six-course-menu to its guests.
